Consigning horses on time is CRITICAL! Send an email to ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com with any addition information AFTER you've submitted your consignment. Example - additional pics, waiting on pics, waiting on coggins, waiting on video, etc. We can wait to advertise your horse but we cannot make exceptions to the catalog deadline. Horses will not be advertised until we have all information including papers, pictures & writeup.   Please Note: Lot numbers are assigned using a random draw, NOT by time of consignment.

It is very important that the name & age on your coggins matches the consigned horse. If your coggins lists a barn name that should be the horses current barn name. Grade horses with mismatches could be turned away as the coggins is the documentation for your submission.  All horses sold must have a current coggins dated within ONE year by Sale day!! If you are having a fresh coggins test done, you do not need to attach here, it just MUST BE ACCURATE by sale check in. Only original yellow coggins or COLOR copy global vet link coggins will be accepted by the state of Florida. You must bring these with you, as you cannot just show the digital copy on your phone or provide a copy of yellow coggins! If you have questions please email ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com and we will assist to the best of our ability. The sale will not be responsible for incorrect coggins as this is a FLORIDA regulation not an Ocala Horse Sale regulation.

This information will be used for listed consignor as well as the name & address checks will be mailed to. Please email ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com if you would like to be listed as an agent or if you are the trainer and would like the check mailed to the owner. 

 ONLY YOUTUBE VIDEOS ARE ACCEPTED.
A 2-3 minute video of your horse helps potential buyers see your consignment in action! This is the only way we can ensure all potential buyers can view your video. Video will also be played live while your horse is in the sale ring & for online bidders. If your video is not ready at the time of submission it can be emailed to ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com. **If you are unsure how to create a YouTube, instructions are available on google. Simply, you will create a YouTube account, upload your video, ensure it is not set to private, then share the link with us. 
Once we reach 10 days from the sale date we cannot ensure the youtube video will be advertised.

Note: If your photos are TOO large they will hold up your conferment and give you an error. If you are having trouble with your consignment submitting, remove your photos, submit consignment & email us your photos with your horses name in the subject line.

Photo Details: We cannot properly advertise your horse without good pics. We may reach out to you via email if we feel we cannot post your horses pics you submitted. You MAY submit your consignment without photos, however know your horse will not be advertised until we have pictures. Please email additional pictures to Ocalahorsesaleoffice@gmail.com   Please include horses name in email subject line.

By selecting multi horse session & agreeing to the below you are aware that you must submit 5 or more horses to receive the $207 consignment rate. Consignors who consign, submit or bring less than 5 horses to the sale will be charged the $259 consignment fee. This will be deducted from your sale check if you pay the lower fee & bring less horses than expected.
